“Live in 24 hours” is real, but “well-trained in 24 hours” takes intention. Here’s the focused playbook.
The 24-hour training arc has four phases. Hour 1-2: knowledge ingestion. Drop your documents, review the extracted summary, correct anything wrong. Don’t skip this — bad knowledge → bad calls.
Hour 3-6: pick and customise a strategy template. Pick the closest match. Edit the opener to match your brand. Add 2-3 facts to the project intro turn that the template doesn’t know about. Tighten the close ask to your actual offer.
Have your team call the agent 10-15 times each, playing different lead personalities — sceptical, hot, family-decision, comparison-shopper, fake-positive. Score each conversation. Whisper-correct anything off. Apply the suggested prompt edits at end of day.
Hour 19-24: ship to 50 real leads from your warmest source. Sit on the live monitor. Iterate one more time on what you see. By end of hour 24, you have a tuned agent and your first 50 production conversations to learn from. The next 30 days will polish it; this 24 hours gets it to good.
