What the Appointment Setter does

DigitalCallers’s Appointment Setter closes the loop on the same call: it asks for the slot, confirms availability against the assigned human’s calendar, and writes the booking in. The lead leaves the call with a time and a place.

  • Site visits — for real-estate developers and brokers, the agent books the buyer onto the site-walk slot that matches their preferred day and travel constraints.
  • Demos & product walkthroughs — for SaaS, D2C, and B2B brands, the agent scopes the prospect’s use-case in the call and books a demo with the right human.

Every booked appointment streams live into a per-client Google Sheet (configurable from the dashboard) and into any CRM you have wired to DigitalCallers via webhooks — so your sales reps see the same canonical list of slots without leaving the tool they already work in. Native two-way Google Calendar / Microsoft 365 sync is on the immediate roadmap; the underlying booking record is already structured for it.

Reminders & no-show tracking

The night before each appointment, DigitalCallers fires automatic reminder hooks — SMS by default, WhatsApp if the customer opted into messaging. Reminder content is a per-strategy template you can edit. After the slot, the human owner marks the outcome (Completed / No-show / Rescheduled) and the AI uses that signal to bias future scheduling — for example, weekday morning slots for a customer segment that no-shows weekend slots.

Add-on: the post-call SMS / WhatsApp thank-you module is sold separately. It fires a tailored thank-you message immediately after every successful call, using your branded template. Pricing is per-message on top of your base plan.
