Pricing & billing, answered.

Do failed calls or voicemails count as billable minutes?

No. We bill only on actual talk-time after the lead picks up and the AI starts speaking. Voicemails (no human pickup), 486 Busy, line drops, and dispatch errors are free.

How do you handle international calls?

India domestic at the rates above. International rates available on request — we pass through carrier cost plus a fixed platform overhead.

Is there a minimum monthly commitment?

No fixed monthly minimum below the Growth plan. Growth and Scale plans have a ₹10,000 minimum monthly billing — anything above is per-minute.

Do volume discounts apply on the per-minute rate?

Yes. Starting rate is ₹8/min. Volume discounts kick in past 10,000 minutes/month on Growth and become more aggressive past 25,000 minutes/month on Scale. Talk to us for a custom quote at your expected volume.

Do you charge for white-label / branded sub-domains?

Included free in the Scale plan. White-label is not available on Starter or Growth.

Can I switch plans mid-month?

Yes — upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the start of the next billing cycle. Pro-rated charges are billed at the new rate from the upgrade date.
