DigitalCallers is built by the team at Clicks Bazaar, an Indian digital agency that has run paid acquisition for builders, hospitals, and lenders since 2018. We use DigitalCallers ourselves, every day.

The story

Clicks Bazaar grew up running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO for Indian SMBs. We spent ten years watching the same problem play out: clients would generate hundreds of leads and have nowhere near enough callers to actually reach them. Conversions died at the calling step. The funnel had a hole at the bottom.

We tried every AI calling tool that came out of YC between 2023 and 2025. Each was technically impressive and culturally tone-deaf. The voices sounded American. The prompts assumed a US-style sales motion. The multi-tenant story was “coming soon”. None of them lasted past a one-week pilot with our clients.

Late 2025 we started building our own. Six months later it was running production calls for our first paying customer (Koravi Developers, in Hubballi). Today it’s the foundation for our agency’s “AI tele-calling” service line and we’re opening it up to other agencies and SMBs.

Where we sit, who we serve

DigitalCallers is built and operated from Gurgaon, and we serve clients across India. Real estate developers in NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore. Coaching institutes preparing students for JEE, NEET and CAT. Hospitals and clinics that need patient-confirmation muscle. NBFCs running pre-screening at scale. Auto dealerships, hotels, D2C brands — anywhere there’s a high volume of inbound enquiries that need a fast, polite, consistent first conversation.

What DigitalCallers is for

We don’t pitch DigitalCallers as a replacement for your sales team. We pitch it as the first round of calling — the layer that picks up every lead within sixty seconds, qualifies them in their preferred Hindi-English mix, and hands the warm ones to your humans with full context.

Where we’re headed

Three product bets we’re making across 2026:

  1. Indic-native voice stack at GA — fully our Indic-first self-hosted stack + a fine-tuned LLM, on Indian GPU infrastructure. ~30 % per-minute cost reduction, plus a fine-tuning data moat that compounds over time.
  2. InboxPilot — WhatsApp + messaging + automation as a sister product. DigitalCallers stays calling-only; messaging gets its own product surface.
  3. Indic CRM integration — deeper integration with the regional Indian CRMs that aren’t HubSpot or Salesforce. Builders use SquareYards, brokers use NoBroker DESK, hospitals use eHealth, NBFCs use 50 different in-house systems. Every one of those integrations is ours to win.

Where we are

Gurgaon, India. A small team — engineers, a product designer, field-sales operators, and a calling group that runs DigitalCallers every day on our own client books. We work with customers across India, in Hindi, English, Hinglish, Kannada, Marathi and the regional mix each campaign needs. Our parent agency Clicks Bazaar is at clicksbazaar.com.

Indic-first, always

We do not compromise voice quality on Indian languages to support an additional Western market. If we have to choose, we choose India. Our customers are here.

Verifiable claims

Every metric on our site has a source. We don’t fabricate. If a number isn’t verified, we say so. We’d rather be boring and right than dramatic and wrong.

Boring infrastructure

We use SQLite. We use Flask. We write our own dispatch loop. We avoid frameworks that hide complexity at the cost of debuggability. AI calling is hard; the substrate should be simple.
