Sit in on the first 100 calls. Whisper-coach when you see something off. The agent gets better fast.
The Live Monitor shows you every active call. For your first 100 production calls, plan to actually watch them. When you see the AI miss a fact (“mention KJP cleared”), fumble an objection (“the lead asked about resale, the AI dodged”), or miss an opportunity (“the lead said they have ₹4 lakh ready, AI didn’t mention EMI starts at 4 lakh booking”), whisper a correction.
The whisper goes to the agent on its next instruction. The lead hears nothing. Round-trip is about 1.2 seconds. By the next turn, the AI says what you whispered.
After a few days, the system aggregates your whispers. If you’ve whispered “mention KJP cleared” on 5 calls, the system suggests adding that to the agent’s prompt as a default behaviour. One click to apply. The next 5,000 calls have it built in.
After a month of disciplined whisper-coaching, your agent becomes meaningfully better than your best human caller. The leverage is enormous because every improvement applies to every future call.
