How to launch your first AI calling campaign in 24 hours.

A practical day-by-day playbook for going from contract to live calls.

Day 0 morning: knowledge ingestion. Drop your top 3-5 documents into the agent — brochure, FAQ, price sheet, objection-handling notes if you have them. The system extracts structured facts and shows you a 1-page summary you approve or correct.

Day 0 afternoon: pick a strategy template. If your campaign is hot inbound enquiries, Hard Closer. If it’s warm follow-ups, Storyteller. If it’s cold top-of-funnel, Educator. If it’s diagnostic multi-SKU, Consultant. Pick the closest match — you’ll customise after the first 50 calls.

Day 1: test calls

Spend an hour calling your own team’s phones. Score every call against your own “best human caller” baseline. Identify the 3-4 things the AI gets slightly wrong (tone, an awkward phrase, a missed objection) and apply the in-product Prompt Editor to fix them. Re-test.
